We aim to publish all product reviews good and bad. The purpose of a review is to provide helpful and interesting views about a product. This in turn will help other customers decide on it's suitability.

No problem. You should have had an email to confirm the order has been despatched. However it is possible that it has gone into your junk email folder. This email wil have the name of the Courrier being used DPD or Parcelforce and a tracking link for the parcel.

If it is the same day we can alter your order accordingly. If it is the next day it is too late as your order will already have been sent!
No I am afraid we do not as our range is over 4000 products and changes too often.
You can search by the name of the product, type or by the product code. The search looks for words and phrases in the product descriptions by association. e.g. Product name: Recycled pink retrospot design jumbo bag, or jumbo bag or the product code 22386.
All stock is available for immediate delivery directly from our warehouse. If a product is out of stock a due date is given and you can also use the " email me when back in stock" option.
Are you open to the public?
No our warehouse is not open to the general public.
Yes. All our Jewellery is nickel free.
All jewellery items are crystal, polished glass or semi precious stones. Not plastic.
In compliance with current health and hygiene regulations we do not accept the return of unwanted earrings. Your statutory rights are not affected.
