Product reviews and star ratings.

We aim to publish all product reviews good and bad.  The purpose of a review is to provide helpful and interesting views about a product.  This in turn will help other customers decide on it's suitability.

Only logged in users are able to rate and review a product.

Reviews can be voted.  The most popular will appear at the top.

 

FAQ's

My order has not arrived. How long should I wait before contacting you?

Four working days...  Please contact us so that we can investigate and track the order with our carrier.

I want to make sure my order has been despatched as I need it urgently!

No problem.  You should have had an email to confirm the order has been despatched.  However it is possible that it has gone into your junk email folder.  Please call and we can confirm.

I have a missing or damaged item what should I do?

Please contact us for details:

I have changed my mind and want to add or take an item off my order but I have already gone through the final process?

If it is the same day we can alter your order accordingly.  If it is the next day it is too late as your order will already have been sent!

Is your jewellery nickel free?

Yes.  All our Jewellery is nickel free.

All jewellery items are crystal, polished glass or semi precious stones.  Not plastic.

Can I return earrings ?

In compliance with current health and hygiene regulations we do not accept the return of unwanted earrings.  Your statutory rights are not affected.

Do you have a catalogue?

No I am afraid we do not as our range is over 4000 products and changes too often.

Using the search box

If you know the product code of the item, put the product code in the search box.  Click enter or the arrow and it will take you straight to the product.

To find a general group of products such as " bowls " just type bowls in the search box.  Click enter or the arrow and all bowl related items will appear.

Stock availability 

All stock is available for immediate delivery directly from our warehouse.  If a product is out of stock a due date is given and you can also use the " email me when back in stock" option.

Are your prices inclusive of VAT?
 
All our prices are inclusive of VAT, at current rates and are correct at the time of entering to the system. The total cost of orders is the price of the products ordered plus a delivery charge.

Are you open to the public?

No our warehouse is not open to the general public.
