Orders

Are all items shown on your website available?

All items shown on our website are in stock and will be dispatched from our warehouse. On very rare occasions, we may not be able to supply an item. If this happens, we will inform you as soon as possible by phone or email that the goods you have ordered are unavailable and automatically refund you.

 

What payment methods do you accept?

For UK based customers, we accept all major debit/credit cards and PayPal.

 

For EU based customers, we accept Visa, Mastercard, Maestro and Bancontact.

 

Can I amend my order after I have placed it?

Unfortunately, due to the nature of our packing process, orders cannot be changed once they are placed.

If you would like to add/remove items, or change the delivery address, you will need to cancel the order and start again. To cancel a pending order, please email us at contact@rexlondon.com. We should be able to cancel the order if it has not been packed yet.

 

How can I track the status of my order?

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with a tracking link for the courier delivering your order (Royal Mail, Parcelforce or DPD).

 

If you have a Rex London account, order status and tracking information can be found by logging in and going to the Orders tab of the My account page.

 

I need to cancel my order. What should I do?

Please email us at contact@rexlondon.com as soon as possible.

 

If your order has not been packed yet, we should be able to cancel it for you.

 

If your order has been packed, unfortunately we will be unable to cancel it for you. However, once you have received delivery of your order, you have up to 30 days to return it for a refund.

 

I have received my order, but no longer want it. Can I return it?

You have up to 30 days from receipt of your order to change your mind and request a refund. Please contact us to arrange the return of your order. You are responsible for the cost of returning any unwanted item(s) and you must return your items within 14 days of confirmed return. Your statutory rights are not affected.

 

Please note: in accordance with UK law, if your full order has been returned to us, we will refund the cost of the goods plus the initial postage and packing charges. Initial postage and packing charges will not be refunded unless all items are returned.

 

I have received my order, but an item was missing/damaged. What should I do?

To ensure 100% accuracy of your order, we scan and record products after picking and again while packing. If on receipt of your order you do find an item missing or damaged, please contact us.

We deliver to most addresses in the UK and EU:

How do I find out where my order is?

What should I do if my order hasn't arrived on time?

If your order has not been delivered within the estimated delivery time, please go here to contact us.

 

Rex London (Rex International Ltd.) cannot be held liable for any loss or damage, or consequential loss or damage related to not getting a delivery in time. If you have chosen the Expedited UK delivery option, we will gladly refund the expedited delivery element of the delivery charge.

 

What should I do if the courier is unable to deliver my order?

Recycling

What is your policy on recycling electronic equipment?

The Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment (WEEE) Directive requires UK distributors to maximise separate collection and environmentally friendly processing of WEEE. UK distributors (including retailers) are required to provide a system which allows all customers buying new electrical equipment the opportunity to recycle their old items free of charge.

 

As a responsible retailer, we are pleased to offer you the chance to recycle your old electrical items. In accordance with the WEEE regulations, you can return electrical goods (you will need to cover any postage and packaging costs) to the address below:

To remind you that old electrical equipment can be recycled, it is now marked with a crossed-out wheeled bin symbol. Please do not throw any electrical equipment (including those marked with the crossed out wheeled bin symbol) in your bin.

Are my details safe?

Keeping information about you secure is very important to us:

  • We encrypt data using SSL/TLS (Secure Sockets Layer/Transport Layer Security) encryption, the most secure form of encryption currently available.
  • We never store payment card details.
