We deliver to Northern Ireland under the same pricing and terms and conditions as UK mainland, however we cannot provide a next day service. If you choose to upgrade to next day delivery at checkout, delivery will take approximately 48 hours.

Can I add to my order after I have placed it?
If you wish to add to an order that has already been placed, it may not always be possible as it depends at what stage of the picking and packing process it is. However, you can call our customer service team and they will try their best to accomodate your request.

Can I cancel my order?
You have up to 14 days from receipt of your order to change your mind and cancel it. In accordance with EU law, once returned to us we will refund the goods and also refund your initial standard postage and packing charges. Your statutory rights are not affected.
What is your returns policy?
Our returns are easy and simple!
SALE ITEMS: Unfortunately we do not offer subsidised tracked returns on sale/reduced priced products. These may still be returned, provided they are unused, within 30 days of receipt. But you will be responsible for the cost of return.
NON-SALE ITEMS: We want you to be delighted every time you shop with us, but we realise that on occasion you may want to return items. You can return items to Dotcomgiftshop for a refund within 30 days of purchase, please contact customer services on how to generate the subsidised cost £2 tracked returns label and ref RMA. Then simply post the items back to us here at DotComGiftShop with the completed returns form.
Please note: Tracked returns only applies to parcels within the Royal mail FREEPOST criteria and with a Ref RMA. Returns parcel must measure less than 60 cm x 40cm x 40cm and weigh less than 5 KGS. If the item cannot fit within the above dimensions and/or weight then regrettably the returning of a parcel is at your cost.

We are pleased to offer our customers the chance to recycle their old electrical items. The Waste Electrical or Electronic Equipment (WEEE) Directive requires countries to maximise separate collection and environmentally friendly processing of these items. In the UK, distributors (including retailers) must provide a system which allows all customers buying new electrical equipment the opportunity to recycle their old items free of charge. Those establishing their own take-back scheme must as a minimum offer all customers buying new electrical equipment free take back of their old electricals on a like-for-like basis. To remind you that old electrical equipment can be recycled, it is now marked with a crossed-out wheeled bin symbol. Please do not throw any electrical equipment (including those marked with the crossed out wheeled bin symbol) in your bin.
