<p> Save your money, looked great in the pics, but not sure how they managed to photograph the fan, as we tried to open it and it ripped straight away - then it went into bin, shame really as my little daughter would of loved it. </p> <p> <strong>Customer Services Reply 12/05/10</strong> </p> <p> We are sorry you have a faulty fan, please contact us here at customerservices@dotcomgiftshop.com for a full refund for this item. </p>
