I brought these because they looked almost identical to a set that I had brought from a local shop, which broke the first time I used them! These ones are brilliant - the screw goes all the way through - very important - they look like glass and look beautiful on our revamped cream bureau. Bargain price as well (cheaper than the ones that broke on me!) - I'm really pleased with them and would highly recommend for a cheap but classy addition to any piece of classic furniture.
received my clear Edwardian draw knobs today, they are beautiful, I had been debating for a few weeks on whether to purchase or not, am i so glad i did. They will be used to transform and glamify a small chest of draws. They are perfect! For the price, you couldn't ask for more. would thoroughly recommend. In fact i am looking around my house for other items i can change knobs on!!! :-)
I bought the clear drawer knobs for some furniture that needed restoring, and I am really pleased with how they look on the finished product. In fact, I subsequently ordered more of these to update another chest of drawers. Items I have ordered from dotcomgiftshop have always been dispatched promptly. I would say that these acrylic drawer knobs are great value for money, are easy to fit to drawers, and give old furniture a new lease of life.
I purchased the clear ones for a mid-range pine chest of drawers and they have completely transformed into into a very expensive looking and unique piece of furniture. Really lovely quality and half the price of some others i have found on the net. You wont be disappointed if you buy these- easy to fit and a lovely result. I love this website.
I ordered these to help to update 2 chests of pine drawers which i have painted and distressed. I used a combination of clear for the small drawers and the green for the larger drawers. They look gorgeous and are amazing value compared to the glass ones found on other websites. The screw fixings are quite long which means they will fit thick profiles. If the drawer or cupboard fronts are thinner however, the end of the screw on the inside can stick out quite a long way. Not a problem in terms of styling but you can catch your hand on them sometimes. Simple to solve by taking the extra length off with a junior hack saw.
