lovely retro item
A lovely retro present. Nice package, good quality measure, and so handy to have - you won't find these in the local B&Q! Excellent value for money, and just nice to handle. Perfect and very useful stocking filler for my husband.
First time I saw one of these was nearly 70 years ago; my Dad had one and I Loved it. It was a bit of magic because when my Dad got it out it always meant something was going to happen. The way it unfolded - its smoothness - it was SO beautifully functional, and Dad was going to make something - or decorate - anything that needed measuring. So I have bought one for my brother - and one for my present to ME . They have arrived - and I am taken back to my childhood and my Dad being Dad
