It was a beautiful bowl but it was a surprise to find it so small - only 15cm across! I was going to complain that the wrong product had been ordered until I went back and hunted for the size on the website. The fact that there are smaller cereal bowls again convinced me that it was a substantial size and in fact other bowls of the same size are desribed as "large" salad bowls. A large salad bowl is one that many people would consider to be a minmum of 30 cm across. I would not want others to be disappointed in what is a lovely product in its own right. Had I planned to use this for a specific occasion to serve a salad for a dinner, I would have been dismayed. Perhaps it would worthwhile clarifying its size in a more obvious way?

Pretty dish but it certainly should not be described as a Salad Bowl - unless this is fir for salad dodgers as it is tiny and more like a cereal bowl to me.
