Returning unwanted items:

I ordered this mirror but unfortunately it arrived with a stain on the mirror. I contacted customer services and they promptly sent me out a replacement. Very happy with the service and the lovely mirror. It's value for money, as have seen exact mirrors 4 x the price. Happy customer!
