On a budget this Christmas? Looking for a great Secret Santa present? Need some inspiration for stocking fillers that people will actually make use of? To help you, we invited Blogger Sarah Wong, from Temporary:Secretary, to choose her favourite gifts for under £5 from Rex London.

Every Christmas, Rex London makes my life much easier, and I’m up for anything that makes my life easy, especially at this time of year! There are so many great gifts on Rex London for under £5 – there’s something for everyone – that you’re bound to find the perfect present.

After having a good browse, I have selected my top picks for gifts under £5 from dotcomgiftshop!

For the baker

Baking equipment doesn’t come cheap but there is a selection of affordable kitchenware that would suit a beginner who is looking to take up baking as a hobby. You know, just to get them started! I love the pastel polka dot tea towels (£3.95) and oven mitts for a shabby chic kitchen (£4.95), and a cute bowl (£4.95) to prep ingredients in!

For the kids

Crafting is suitable for all ages – I’m in my 30s and I still love it! It’s a great way to pass the time! But this sweet little Vintage Racing Car craft set (£3.95) will make a really great stocking filler for the kids and it will keep them busy on Christmas morning whilst you crack on with dinner preparations. There are lots of puzzles and craft kits on dotcomgiftshop but this build-it-yourself Vintage Racer is a 28-piece 3D puzzle with it’s own wind-up engine. It requires no glue or scissors, so it’s a completely safe for all ages and more importantly, mess-free!

For the new home owners

Know someone who has recently moved into a new home? How about glass tea light holder (£2.95)? Or a set of the most adorable jam jar magnets (£4.95) to jazz up their fridge? Or a sign for their wall, which simply says, BE HAPPY (£3.95)? Whatever you choose for them, I’m sure they will BE HAPPY with their gift! The homeware section on dotcomgiftshop is my FAVOURITE and I can spend hours browsing for things to buy myself, and for others!

For the list-maker

I am pretty obsessed with making lists every single day of my life so a magnetic shopping list (above - £3.95) is a gift that I would’ve loved for myself! I’m always writing things down so that I don’t forget. I don’t think you can ever beat the beauty of putting pen to paper, so notebooks (above - £4.95) and pens are lovely present to help someone stay jot down their BIG plans for the New Year!

For the tea addict

As a nation of tea lovers, you absolutely can’t go wrong with gifting someone a mug! This type of gift makes a nice Secret Santa present for a colleague or… generally someone who drinks a lot of tea! This ‘Tea and biscuits please’ mug (£3.95) stood out for me because you can’t have a tea without biscuits, right? TEA AND BISCUITS, PLEASE!

Have you spotted any fantastic gifts under £5 on dotcomgiftshop lately?
