Traditional School Milk Bottle

A real trip down memory lane - bought several so that I could also give some out. They were accepted with delight!

A lovely little gift (bought one for myself too). A tiny bit disappointed that the 'School Milk' words which are pressed into the glass are not consistent - one of my bottles is better than the other. It's a shame because that gives such an authentic feel to the bottle. Nevertheless, such an unusual gift.

Fantastic product, anyone who was a 70's child will remember these...Depended on who was the monitor at the time as to whether you had nice cold milk or sun warmed milk that day... Bought one for my mum as well, she said "they were never that small when we had them"! Bless her,.. Would recommend to everyone, such a nostalgic item...ah the good old days...Fab quality, and a fantastic price...thank you dotcomgiftshop :-)

A blast from the past. I drank from a bottle just like this at school, and I too was milk monitor; so it brings back lovely memories whenever I look at it. I use mine as a vase for the little posies of daisies that my daugher picks for me. :)

These bottles are a lovely nostalgic blast from my past and immediately brought back break time at primary school for me. Great for retro lovers - a great ornament and good for small posies. A friend of mine used these bottles at a WI stall and we had loads of people who wanted to buy the bottle as well as the flowers but she steadfastly refused to sell them - very wise!!

OH these wonderful little bottles were as I remember in the far off days when I received my daily third of a pint at school. Sometimes frozen milk in winter and slightly curdled in Summer! From 4 years of age to 18 years old!! before Margaret Thatcher "milk snatcher" . So any of you with a parent at School in the 50's - early 70's buy them one or thirty one! I should have bought 31 for a class crate!! I was a "milk monitor!!!!!

Absolutely fabby! I love them. They are so dinky for single flowers, lined up in a row. Highly recommended!

These bottles are extremely cute and good quality. They were smaller than expected so was actually going to return them, but my florist mother spotted them and loved them so bought them off me :-)

I drank out of these at school in the 1960s and early 70s...such a fun retro vase. A real talking point in my house and great nostalgia for me. Good quality and excellent price.
