Returns and exchanges
We want you to be delighted every time you shop with us, but we realise that on occasion you may want to return or exchange items.
You can return your purchase for an exchange or refund within 30 days of receiving it. Simply post the item/s back to us here at dotcomgiftshop see our address below.
Returns will be honoured any time within 30 days of receipt of your purchase.
We ask that you return the items unused, with all the original tags intact and complete the returns form either supplied with your delivery or downloaded from our website here.
Earrings: In compliance with current health and hygiene regulations we do not accept the return of unwanted earrings. Your statutory rights are not affected.
If your order was sent via Royal Mail tracked please fill in the returns form that is included in your delivery.
Return method: Use the FREEPOST label provided and drop off at your local post office.
We cannot be responsible for parcels that fail to reach us. Please obtain a proof of postage which is available free of charge from the Post Office and retain for your records until the refund of your return has been processed.
This service does not apply to overseas customers.
Courier Service Parcelforce or DPD
If your order was sent via Parcelforce or DPD it may be too heavy or large for Royal Mail FREEPOST return. In which case a FREEPOST returns label will not be included in your parcel. So please contact customer services and we will advise on best method of return or collection. Customer Services
If returning a damaged/faulty or incorrect item please contact customer services before posting it back to us.

We aim to process all returns within 48 hours of reaching our warehouse. Your refund will be processed back via your selected payment method (credit/debit card or Pay Pal). Please allow 2-3 working days to show up on your card statement. We will email to confirm when this has been done.
If you return your entire order to us within 7 working days of receiving it, we will also refund your initial postage and packing charges. Your statutory rights are not affected.
