Delivery Information

  • We will send an email to confirm despatch of goods.
  • We aim to despatch orders from our warehouse within one to two working days. We cannot be held liable for any loss occuring to you as a result of late delivery.
  • If the products are not delivered within the estimated delivery time as quoted above please email customerservices@dotcomgiftshop.com or alternatively telephone customer services on +44(0)20 8746 2473 Monday to friday during office hours 10.00am to 5.00pm and we will make enquiries to the allotted shipping agent as to the whereabouts of your order.  We will contact you as quickly as said agent responds to our information request.
