Felt Craft Make Your Own Dolly ,Emily

I bought this dolly for my 8 year old niece to do and with a little bit of help from me it kept her happy and busy for the weekend, I think the instructions may have been revised as it did say in them that a normal needle would be required for the smaller details. Absolutely brilliant idea, it took me back to the time I spent with my Nanna as a child learning to sew and cook. I'm just about to buy more so that we can make the entire set!!

My daughter (aged 9) and her friend made these dolls over the weekend with some adult help and guidance. They do takea bit of time to make but the girls were very enthusiastic to continue with them the next day. I agree with the previous review that the plastic needle is too large for the eye beads but we simply used a smaller sized needle we already had at home. I would certainly recommend these dolls as they look great when completed especially with the clothes and I would most definitely buy again.

Easy instructions. Beautiful materials included. The only negative is that the plastic needle included in the kit did not fit through the eye bead. The finished doll is a lovely size and the beads in the bottom make it sit up very nicely.
