Easter time can be fun felt craft time
for the whole family. Children of all ages can have a marvellous time,
sharing special family time while engaging in these fun activities.

Easter
Felt Bottles

Cut off the top third of a clear two-litre bottle.
Use watercolour paints or water-soluble markers to colour the outside
with a grassy strip around the bottom and blue sky above.

“Plant”
your BlueYellow,
and Pink Felt Hanging Flowers by cutting very
small holes in the bottle in the grass area and pulling the flower
strings through, then gluing the Felt Heart Flowers to the bottle.

Carefully
glue a few of your Feltcraft Butterfly Hearts in the sky
area.

Let them dry then place them on windowsills, bookshelves,
tables, or countertops to decorate your whole house!

Easter
Animal Basket

About a third way from the top of a large
strawberry basket, glue your Pink Felt Easter Rabbit Garland around
the outside of the basket body.

Then glue your Citrus Garland Felt Flowers just atop
the feet of the Felt Rabbit Garland, so the rabbits are playing in the
flowers.

Next, fill the bottom of the basket with Easter grass
and place some of your Little
Flower Friends
 in the corners.

Let your Easter Chicks friends join in. Perhaps even the Three Blind Mice will play, too! (They are sure
to get hungry, so don't forget to sprinkle a few jellybeans in the grass
for them!)

Barnyard Blitz

Draw and colour Easter eggs
of all different colours around the outside of a shoe box or a large
flat box lid at least 5 cm high. Use different patterns and designs on
your eggs if you wish.

With a brown crayon, draw posts from the
bottom to the top of the inside of the box. Draw them about 7 cm apart
along the long sides and about 5 cm or in the centre of the short side.

Then
about 2.5 cm from the top and from the bottom, draw thick lines for
boards all the way around the inside of the box. (If you are using a
short box lid, just use one sideways line.)

When finished,
lightly glue to the inside bottom of the box or lid some Easter grass.

When
the glue is dry, gently place your Woolly ChickenSheepDuck,
and Sheep in
your grass, and you have an instant Easter barnyard!
