A charming welcome awaits all your guests with this beautiful Friendship design doormat. This doormat is pretty and pratical too. Made from natural coconut fibres called coir. The
coconut growers on the coast of southern India use every part of the
coconut. Virtually nothing goes to waste. The husks are first
"seasoned in the lagoons off the coast, then eack husk is beaten by
hand to extract the fibre. This fibre is woven into your doormat on
small looms in the villages of coastal Kerla, then stenciled with one
of our vibrant designs.
Care Information:
Please note: this doormat is made from nautral coconut fibres
called coir and may shed in the first few months of use. During this period
simply brush or shake the mat to maintain its best appearance. Doormat
Care: To prolong the life of your doormat's colour and design,
DO NOT place in direct sunlight or where it will remain wet
for any length of time as this will fade the design.

I bought this doormat to go in a duck egg blue room as it looks a dusky greeny blue on my monitor and another reviewer said theirs was baby blue when it arrived. Unfortunately mine turned out to be a very bright turquoise! No way that is sitting in my living room in front of the door. Lovely pattern and good quality mat, but what a waste of £20 having to stick it out in the kitchen. Shame.
It is a very pretty doormat but my monitor shows it as being green in colour which is the main reason why I chose it as my kitchen is green! It is in fact baby blue. I didnt complain becasue I am not a complaining person, and it is a good quality door mat and the perfect size for my space. However I would rather have a green one!
