Delivery Information
- We will send an email to confirm dispatch of goods.
- We aim to dispatch orders from our warehouse within one to two working days. We cannot be held liable for any loss occuring to you as a result of late delivery.
- If the products are not delivered within the estimated delivery time as quoted above please email customerservices@dotcomgiftshop.com or alternatively telephone customer services on +44(0)20 8746 2473 Monday to friday during office hours 9.00am to 4.30 and we will make enquiries with the allotted shipping agent as to the whereabouts of your order. We will contact you as quickly as the agent responds to our information request.
