Absoltely bloomin' gorgeous! Stands well on my mantle but as it is meant to be hung it is balanced on it's centre foot. You can set the pendulum to swing as vigourously as u like, and it looks simply stunning in my lounge but would also look good in a hall/landing/bedroom etc.

Fabulous piece of clockwork, I bought it for my recently redecorated lounge, when it first arrived i was a little apprehensive as it looked a bit like a cardboard cutout, but when i hung it in my newly painted mocha coloured lounge it looked fabulous especially with my heavy black beaded chandelier, It hasnt stopped swinging since I hung it and i get complimented on it all the time. I wish i could upload a picture to show you!!! The only thing I would change is the numbers on the clock face, I personally would have preffered roman numerals but thats just me being picky!
